Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website and services of Autonom.ia Ltda. ("Autonom.ia" or "we"). By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms.

01. Purpose

Autonom.ia offers a platform for humanized customer service with AI, integrating channels such as WhatsApp, Webchat, Minichat, and others, so that companies can automate and humanize customer service. Services include platform use, integrations, and technical support, according to the contracted plan.

02. Use of services

Services must be used exclusively for corporate purposes. It is prohibited to load, store, or transmit malicious code or anything that compromises security. The Client is responsible for the confidentiality of access credentials and the content of communications. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of services.

03. Changes

These Terms may be modified at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Commercially relevant changes will be communicated in advance. In case of materially adverse impact, the Client may terminate with 30 days notice.

04. Intellectual property

Autonom.ia is the owner or licensee of all rights to the intellectual property related to the services. No rights are transferred to the Client beyond those expressly granted. The Client may not decompile, modify, copy, or perform reverse engineering. Developments made at the Client's request belong to Autonom.ia. The Client authorizes the use of its brands for disclosure purposes.

05. Confidentiality

The Parties agree to maintain confidentiality of information exchanged in connection with the contractual relationship. The duty of confidentiality remains in effect for up to 5 years after the end of the contract. Information that is already public or required by competent authority does not qualify as confidential.

06. Responsibilities

Each Party is liable for damages caused to the extent of its participation. Autonom.ia is not responsible for damages arising from the content of the Client's communications, negligent use of credentials by third parties, or acts of channel suppliers. The Client indemnifies Autonom.ia against sanctions or losses related to communication content. Autonom.ia's liability is limited to the annual value of the contract, with exceptions for violations of laws or confidentiality obligations.

07. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected to resolve any conflicts. This document is a template for informational purposes. Consult an attorney for legal advice specific to your situation.
